About ITES-4H

The Information Technology Enterprise Solutions–4 Hardware (ITES‑4H) contract, part of the Army’s CHESS/Digital Market (DM) program and administered by the Army Contracting Center – Rock Island (ACC‑RI), is a ten‑year, $10 billion vehicle supporting the U.S. Army’s IT needs. It provides a broad range of commercial IT hardware and services—including servers, storage, desktops, and networking equipment—to strengthen the Army’s enterprise infrastructure. The contract’s goal is to deliver innovative, high‑quality, and competitively priced IT solutions through a multiple‑award IDIQ structure, enabling firm‑fixed‑price orders for cutting‑edge technology.
